Vintage Bell Trading Co. Pendant: Simulated Turquoise, Nickel Silver, 1970s

These are getting harder to find from the 70's from the iconic Bell Trading Company. This is a simulated turquoise stones and nickel silver pendant and chain, marked nickel silver and bell, 2" by 1 1/2" with a 15" chain. Do you want the look but don't want to pay the price this is a nice choice. Would also make a great gift for the Navaho style jewelry lover.

~ Bell Trading Company was founded in 1932 along Route 66 in New Mexico and is still an iconic roadside attraction. Most of the artists were Navaho and a lot of the old pieces are both gold and sterling. After the great depression Jack and Mildred introduced manufacturing techniques using copper and nickel because it was less expensive.
