Vintage Spanish Damascene Brooch and Earrings Set: Goya Inspired

This is an unusual piece of damascene; most pieces are made in Japan and were imported to the US. This one I think was made in Spain because of the etching, the Goya signature and the ladies clothing. Jose` de Goya was a famous painter and etcher back from 1746-1828 and was kind of a rebel back in his days (research him). The earrings are probably Japanese but with no markings it is hard to tell, I thought they looked great as a set. The brooch is 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" the earrings are 1/2" with clip on backs. The brooch has an old tunnel clasp that works fine, and all pieces are in good condition. These are really cool and would make a great gift for the vintage enthusiast.
